Without further detail, it is difficult to assess the issue.
If the error is occuring on the console machine at the time of the deployment, it may be related to a communications issue with the scheduler, the scheduler service itself, of the download of the update installer from the vendor.
If the error is received as a deployment status update from the target machine, it may be indicative of an issue with one of the update installers (i.e. a failed installation, etc.).
