MSWU-431 / KB892726 Outlook Junk Filter trying to apply to SharePoint

I think there's something wrong about the definition/targeting for this patch.  Here's what I see:
      •           the patch is for Outlook 2010 Junk Email Filter update: August 13, 2012
      •           it is listed as a Missing patch for a server running Sharepoint 2010, but without Outlook installed
      •           in the Protect console, the Product for the patch is SharePoint Designer, and the description of the patch references Outlook 2010 in one place, but SharePoint Designer 2010 in another
      •           Microsoft's articles reference Outlook 2010 only
      User Image
      •           when the patch file is downloading, it is called outlfltr2010-kb982726-v23-fullfile-x64-glb.exe (this is in fact the file that is downloaded to the client)
      •           when it is attempting to install, it is called spoutlfltr2010-kb982726-v23-fullfile-x64-glb.exe (this file does not exist)
      User Image
      •           when attempting to run outlfltr2010-kb982726-v23-fullfile-x64-glb.exe manually, it fails to install
It would appear that this patch is somehow tangled up between SharePoint and Outlook, and is mis-targeting as a result. Can someone check the definition to see what's up with the SharePoint references?
