I have logged on to check the patch status of my schedule that ran on Sunday and on some servers the patching was not complete as a file acrofix.exe was constantly trying to install, this prevented all other files installing.
Can anyone help me with this as i really dont want to have to baby sit the schedules and create all sorts of exceptions.
The file 'acrofix.exe' is the update file (from the vendor) which is associated with APSB-0620/QAF0620. If this particular update is being deployed, and the installer is failing to successfully complete, it may require some manual intervention to diagnose. The most effective method of troubleshooting this sort of failure is to manually exectue the update file on one of the affected machines in order to determine the cause of the failure.
