Patches which have been superseded will indicate the superceding patch information in the 'Superseded' column. If you do not see this column, point the cursor to the column header bar, then select 'Column Chooser' from the alternate (right-click) menu. You will next be presented with a list of column headings, any of which you can select to add (double-click).
These patch listings cannot be removed from the database. By default, Protect is aware of supersedence, and takes all superseding patches into consideration when determining which updates are displayed as 'Missing Patch' items.
For further details, please also see the topic 'Supersedence' in our administration guide, or via the 'Help>Index' menu.
