    Error 451 recieved - Administrator access is required

      After a Windows Server 2008 is disjoined from the domain and added to workgroup, to be added to our Web Layer.  Scan is attempted but recieving the above 451 error.  The local administrator account is used and Shavlik still fails to scan.  Anyone seen this, and perhaps have a fix?  Netck versions 7.6, and 8.0 used.  NTP verified, password and IP verified...
