Our development team is currently researching this issue. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution.
I'm also concerned about this issue as the inability to drill down into child OUs is a major impediment. We're currently in our evaulation period of the product and I'm concerned that it has been over 2 weeks with no update posted. Is there another area where known issues / resolutions / statuses are posted?
We have identified the issue, and have taken steps towards remediation. You can expect the necessary correction in the next product patch release (not to be confused with our data release). We certainly apologize for any inconvenience which this may have caused.
Thank you very much for the update. Where would I find information regarding patches? I've tried navigating through the web site with no success. Do I just need to Check for Program Updates from within the software? Thanks for your help.

We expect to release a patch for our 8.x version in the near future.
The 'Check for Program Updates' option is intended to inform users of version updates.
Typically, product patches will be included in our scan data as a 'Security Patch', and will be detected as missing items when scanning the console machine (e.g. 'My Machine').
do you by any chance have a ETO for the next product patch?
