What happens if you scan the last machine by itself? Do you experience the same latency?

Assuming that the last computer in the Machine Group is the one that is causing the delay; no it scans quickly when scanned by itself.
It might be best if we collect some verbose logs from the Protect console for analysis, although if there aren't any errors occuring, it may not provide anything useful. Still, it would be a good place to start. Please feel free to contact support directly for assistance with log file generation and collection.
