    Query remote log information not working

      Running Shavlik NetChk Protect 7.8.0.  After successfully deploying, in the Patch Results section, when I click on "Query remote log information", the following errors are returned :

      Error: Unable to read remote schedule log at 08/18/2011 10:54. Please try refreshing again later.

      Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

      Scheduler Event Log Messages: No schedule log information.

      Event log messages: No data found in remote event log for this machine at 08/18/2011 10:54.

      I've verified that the correct version of StSchedEx.exe is running on the machines I've tried to query, and that the log file actually exists.  Is there a port that needs to be open in order to query the log?  Everything else seems to be working fine.
