Please ensure that you have updated to the latest data file definitions. You may also need to restart the GUI to ensure that you are seeing the latest patch data.
What is the downloaded file name reported in Protect? Does the console indicate that this is downloaded (i.e. in Patch View)? Do you have something other than 'Vendor web sites' selected in the 'Tools>Options>Patch Downloads' menu? Are you attempting to download a language version other than English? Do you use a proxy server on your network?
