    Any attempt to scan gives error message "problem initializing the patch scanner".

      The given instructions to run Help -> Refresh Files doesn't fix it.

      Both Test Existence and Test Credentials succeed.

      ...and it worked yesterday morning, but not later in the day after deploying some patches.

      Any ideas? TIA!     ~ewall
