    Computer Checkin is failing

      After upgrading to version 7.8 of the console, the checkin of the users is failing.

      I checked the database settings and they seem to be in order.

      I can successfully connect via the console to computers and send out patches without issue.

          this will be a more complicated issue than can be sorted out on the forum. Could you please do the following then send in the information to support @shavlik.com so we can work with you to reconcile this issue.

          In order to quickly and correctly address your questions, please provide the following:

          What is the Operating System of the console machine? 
          What version of SQL are you running and is the database remote or local to the console machine?  

          Since the condition is  reproducible, please generate verbose logs to help troubleshoot the  issue by following the steps below:

          -In NetChk, go to Tools > Options > Logging and change logging to “All” for both user interface and services.
          -Close NetChk.
          -Stop the Shavlik services.
          -Delete all the logs from:
          Vista & Later: "C:ProgramDataShavlik TechnologiesLogs"
          Earlier OS’s: "C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataShavlik TechnologiesLogs"
          -Start Shavlik services and open NetChk.
          -Reproduce the issue. (Please include exact steps to reproduce)
          -Include any applicable screenshots.
          -Zip and send all the logs (from the previous specified folders above) and screenshots.
