Shavlik NetChkPro cannot download files or patches

After a new install of NetChkPro i cannot recieve any/refresh files from xml.shavlik.com - Error: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

Are you using a proxy? The message seems to imply this.
The two main things to check:
1. Check your proxy settings in Internet Explorer to make sure this is set correctly (Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings).
-Also are you using an automatic configuration script?
2. In NetChk, go to Tools > Options > Proxy to set proxy authentication.
