    7.8 Agents not installing service packs


      It's been about 2 weeks since I updated Shavlik from 7.6 to 7.8 and no service packs have been deployed by our agents.  I did set up a SP group with no number restrictions to deploy all service packs viewed as missing.

      I'm not sure what's causing this but I know the following doesn't work in the upgrade guide.

      When I click Tools -> Distribution Server Update and set my credentials it says "Unable to upgrade server" - so I skipped this part.  I have entered both sets of credentials correctly many times but I have never been able to get past that message.  Could that be my problem? What am I doing wrong?
