It appears that Adobe is not releasing Reader 10.0.2 for Windows users because using Reader's Protected Mode (which is on by default) mitigates the issue. There have been complaints on the Adobe forum that this is a bad idea because some people can't run Reader in protected mode due to incompatibilites. Last I checked, they still hadn't released it for Windows. See this thread on the Adobe forums: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/825916?tstart=0
Ok, I see it now. The XML release email notification said there was support for 10.0.2, and I had to update my Mac. I see they are still recommending 10.0.1 for Windows.
I think the email release of XML data version = 18.104.22.1680 Last modified on 3/22/2011
has an error.
10.0.2 Update is for the full Acrobat Pro/Standard. Adobe Reader 10.0.2 isn’t available yet. According to Adobe they aren't releasing an update until June.
