Try manually updating the data files ('Help>Refresh Files'). Ensure that the '.msi' files are properly downloading. These will be copied to either of the following directories, depending upon operating system:
[root]Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataShavlik TechnologiesNetChkDataFiles
You can also manually download these files as follows:

If that doesn't help, you may want to contact support and open a case so that we can obtain some log files for further analysis.
The problem was solved by doing a manual update/syncronization of the distributionsservers.
But, a scheduled update/sync has ben scheduled ever day a 0:01 am, but the has ben done for several days without any succes.
Why the difference?
And dones the automated update/sync not work, and is there any way I can se the it has a succes og failure?
You will likely want to check that the permissions are set correctly for your distribution server shares. If you have multiple distribution servers, and any one of them is unable to update for some reason (e.g. permissions), they will fail to synchronize.
