Please try this.
1. Create a new machine group.
2. Add 1 machine to this new group and set the creds for this machine. (lower pane)
3. Right click on the machine > choose > install Agent.
4. If this fails we will need the agentinstaller.log file from the target machine.
The log file is located in the C:WINDOWSTemp<GUID> directory. The installation log will show any error messages that were generated during the agent installation process.
