All my scans show no missing patches or service packs in reports and Operations Monitor, while patches and SPs show as missing in machine view. I did not do a deployment on the machines. Why am I getting errors on reports and Operations Manager?
Please reboot the NetChk console. Delete any old scan using Manage > Items. Shrink the SQL DB (see the following link for details) http://blog.shavlik.com/2010/01/13/sql-database-maintenance/ Perform a Help > Refresh Files. Select a single machine; scan the machine using a Security Patch scan. What are your results? Create a report from the scan, does it show the same results? Does the machine view show the same results as the scan?
