If you are looking for the PowerShell script download you can find it under this Community Post:
SKB 16237: Managing Protect scan data using PowerShell
Keep in mind these are version specific so make sure your PowerShell script version matches the Protect version you are running. Also, this will go away in the next release as Shavlik has built the functionality into a DB Maintenance feature in product.
Hm. I click on the link and it takes me to a login page with a message "You have attempted to access a page that requires a salesforce.com login. If you are already a user of the system, please login below." I don't believe I have credentials for salesforce.com.
Also, when you say "this will go away in the next release" can you be more specific what is "the next release"?
Found the issue. The links that were embedded when this topic was moved from the old forum had some extra garbage in them. Cleaned them up and it should now be working.
And the next release will be NetChk Protect 7.8 which is entering Beta shortly.
