Make sure you have logging set to All in Tools > Options > Logging.
Reproduce the issue and zip and send all the logs from these locations: (separate zips please)
From the console: C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Logs
From the target machine: C:\Windows\ProPatches\Logs
That and an description of the issue would be a good start.
Thanks for the reply.....I've adjusted logging on the console and will gather the info after tonight's run. basically we have all our machine groups of various sizes running most nights of the month.
All patches are copied to the clients.....all the normal folders are built......then 90% sit at "Executing" in the tracker and NO patches are installed. I am of course going through all variables on this side.
What I need is for a trained eye to look at the logs and help to identify why these jobs are not running.
The logs from the target machine would definitely tell us more.
