Thank you for your post. Whenever you have concerns like this surrounding detection, it's best to open a support case here and provide us some information (listed below) to allow us to look at why we are detecting this incorrectly.
When submitting your case, we will need the following:
-Screenshot showing the patch missing in the console.
-Screenshot showing a failed patch deployment through the console.
-Screenshot of the error when running the patch manually on the target machine.
-DPDTrace run against the machine to gather all the information we need related to our detection. The document below goes over how to run this.
Submit the case first, then use the 'Add Attachment' option to upload these files directly to the case. Once we get all this, we can work with our content team to correct whatever issues we need to.
