    Discrepancy in amount of categories

      I have Ivanti Patch for SCCM installed on 2 separate sites (test and production). I noticed there is a difference in the amount of categories available:


      One site shows:

      The other site shows:




      1. What is causing the difference in amount of categories available? or better yet, how can I bring the low (184) one match the big one (208)?
      2. I keep trying to apply the checkmark on empty check boxes so my catalogs include all available categories, I hit "Apply changes", when prompted for sync I answer "Yes", then I close the "Manage Products" window. A few minutes later, I opened it again and it's as if I did nothing: the categories I marked continue to be unchecked. Any recommendations?

          The products you see are dictated by what has been published on those SCCM installs. The discrepancies indicates you have not published the same updates on the SCCM servers. In other words we don't populate that list with everything available in our catalog, only the products where an update was publish.
