Thank you for posting your question. That does not sound like expected behavior and I cannot find any previous issues like that. I would suggest opening a support case at support.ivanti.com so that our engineers can see your logs. Also what version of the console are you running? Is this happening for all machines or just one?

The issue surfaces when you have the option checked to "Remove temp files" in your Deployment Template, and the deployment does not result in a reboot (whether forced or necessary). This issue should be resolved soon, but the doc describes ways to work around it if necessary.
