Suddenly the Sync went through. Problem solved.

I was able to ask around and we can't detect any issues on our side this morning or last night.. I'll let you know if I find anything else out.

It seems to be working as expected for now at least
No problem, definitely let us know if the issue continues. As a note, it's not uncommon to see occasional failures due to maintenance running on the cloud's database, server etc.
