i think i had greenshot as a custom patch a few years ago, but i removed it
I may have a SQL script to remove the duplicate product, I'll have support give it to you through the case you opened.
script has not fixed the issue
just thinking when you remove a custom patch shouldnt it remove the product name ?
and if not am i best using a prefix or so, to avoid collisions in future ?
Removing the custom patch doesn't remove the data from the database. My suggestion would be to use a custom name for the product in the future, like Greenhot_custom or similar.
For the issue, we may need a copy of the database, I will speak with a developer to see if I can get my hands on a script to remove your custom product.
Make sure you update the case so support knows it failed.
i supplied a copy of oour non functioning database on friday.
i have not heard anything back yet, please could you chase this up ?
