    Not seeing shared results from other users scans

      Hello all,

       

      Hoping that you can help me. One of our customers has been using Shavlik 9.2 Build 5119 for a little while now. I have confirmed that they are using it due to there being updated Shavlik log files from them. Unfortunately whenever they scan something, I don't ever see the results on my screen. With some of our other sites, I'm able to login to their server as myself, launch Shavlik, and see their results. However, on this particular server I'm only able to see my results. I've already verified that the checkbox to only see my own results is unchecked, so I should be seeing them.

       

      Any thoughts as to what I can be looking at?
