    Sync to Protect Cloud failure - additional information


      Thanks for all the help earlier - I couldn't see a way to reply, so wanted to update and put additional information here.


      I have de and re-registered the console which has succeeded, by the directly following sync fails once again.

      When logging in to https://protectcloud.shavlik.com/CloudAgent/Home/AgentKeys I can see the console registered, but Agents show no policy is available.


      Moreover, once when going to Tools>Options>Protect Cloud I got the attached error message that the service couldn't be reached.


      There is no specific step information/error detail that I can see in the Event History. I have attached some relevant screen caps.
