Evaluating Ivanti Patch for Windows Server and looking at setting up a protect cloud Agent Policy. However, looking at "Event history" in Ivanti I'm coming up with "Sync to Protect Cloud - Failed" every 20 minutes or so. There is no clue in this view as to what may be causing this as there is no error log here.
Can anyone suggest what may be going wrong? The rest of Ivanti works fine, and is able to make the necessary connections out to register the console for cloud protect and perform patching.

When you highlight the error, do you see additional information in the bottom pane? You could also go to Manage > Credentials and verify the cloud email account account and password is correct. The go to Tools > Options > Protect Cloud Sync and ensure the same account is being used. Then attempt to register and force a full update. Any onscreen errors?
