Thank you for posting your question. Windows error 1639 translates to ERROR_INVALID_COMMAND_LINE. This could potentially indicate an issue with something in the script we are using to handle this update.

-Logs from one of the target machines: C:\Windows\Propatches\Logs
-Logs from your console server: C:\Programdata\Landesk\Shavlik Protect\Logs

I am also seeing issues with intel-sa-00075. The file that is downloaded and attempting to install is SCS_download_package_18.104.22.168.zip.
When I attempt to patch anything that is missing this patch it hangs on that install and just sits there. I don't know how long it will sit there but i waited like 3 hours once and it did nothing so I canceled and just deployed without selecting that patch.
I am also getting this issue, clients are failing
Due to all of the deployment issues this tool creates, we removed the patch from our content feed.
I experienced the same thing. My workaround was to remove the intel active management software in Programs and Features. The issue cleared from my ACAS scans.
