Patching of Microsoft Server 2016 Core or GUI

We are starting to stand up Microsoft 2016 servers and we want to patch them with Shavlik.  I scanned the first one and it came back with the following patches as missing.  The MSST-001 custom action I know what that is, ditto the MSRT-001.  What about the C++ patch?  According to Microsoft that doesn't even apply to 2012 servers.

So why does shavlik want to apply this to a 2016 core windows server?  Does Shavlik 9.2 support 2016 as patching targets?
