    Agent fails to check in with Cloud Protect

      When my agent laptops are connected to my network, they check in without any issues.  However, they are unable to check in when disconnected from the network using Cloud Protect.  The message on agent laptops says "Check in failed" and the number of agent machines in Cloud Protect for my console shows as 0.
