Console window crashes when I try to open View - Machines. I see description of error in logs and I can to send.
The popup message is too generic to troubleshoot from, the only thing I could offer is a suggestion to reboot the Protect server.
Support will require logs to determine why this is crashing. You can open a case here: Support Portal
I would suggestion zipping and attaching all of the logs from: C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Logs
(You should also verify logging is set to 'All' in Tools > Options > Logging, if not set to All please do and reproduce the issue before providing logs)
This will get them started.
