It does look like we will need a case opened with support to resolve this. I do see you tried the support portal. Can you verify it took you to support.shavlik.com, a few other users reported it directed them to support.landesk.com instead.
We will need a DPD Trace and some regkeys exports to get this corrected for you.
I did indeed get taken to support.landesk.com however I closed browsers and went back in and it correctly took me to support.shavlik.com. Weird.
I created a case and attached the trace etc.
