    How can I force a catalog update as my current catalog version does not match the version in the 'New Shavlik XML Available' email.

    Rookie

      I can see that my catalog is one version (2.0.2.682) behind what the current version is in the received email overnight (XML 2.0.2.689 Last Modified 09/15/2016).

      I have manually run as scheduled task (called Shavlik Patch.user@domain) that I thought did this but the catalog version has not updated.

       

      is there a way to manually force an update cycle and where is the log I can view the results?
