ON the console the machine looks fine. All patched up, recent check in and patch scan. On the local client all of the RUN PATCH TASKs are grayed out and there is no information on the Overview page except "no patch data scan available" .
I've reinstalled the client, both locally and from the console.
I've changed the policy to several different policies without change.
Make sure you enabled the Perform Manual Operations in the Agent Policy, I would also suggest enabling Logging Level: All too. It's possible your agent isn't able to download the content files which would prevent scanning\deployments from running. It would be a good idea and take a look inside the STDispatch.log located in C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Logs on the Agent machine. Look for download issues.
