You're not able to modify the text for the Protect shutdown dialog. you could use a Deployment Template set not to reboot. Then setup a Custom Action that calls the MS shutdown command (shutdown /r) with switches that meet your need to run after all patches are processed.
Plus we have the remote dialog you can show when the deployment starts, the option is in the general tab in the Deployment Template.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for suggestion, it's good to use custom action as alternative.
However, if some patches do not need to reboot, the custom action will still let user force reboot....is there any methods to auto check reboot needed or not then perform force reboot action?
There is the 'reboot when needed' option, but you can't use that with the Custom Action method. It's going to be one or the other. The Custom Action method would always reboot the target machines, this isn't a bad thing in my mind.
