For the update failure, you have the agent set to download content files from xml.shavlik.com. I'm going to assume it is being blocked. You should take a look at the logs on the target machine and look for errors. They are located here: C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Logs
I would suggest disabling all AV options, the reason for this is the AV features will be EOL by the end of the year.
