I may have a workaround for you, or at least a method to gather some logs. Go to Tools > Options > Logs and enable All logging. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Console\DataFiles\WindowsPatchData_deltas and delete the contents of the folder. Perform another Help > Refresh Files. If you see the same issue, we're going to need a case opened with Support. Support Portal
We will need all of the logs from the C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Logs folder. (please zip)
No change after deleting and refreshing. I'll open a support request and upload the logs.
After working with Shavlik support, one of my custom XML files was causing the issue. I have removed it and all is working normally.
