You would open a case with support and provide the following information:
- We need DPDTrace logs from one of these machines which will include 90% of the information we need: DPDTrace command line logging tool used for patch detection issues (include the registry exports from step 7)
- A list of the missing patches or a screenshot of the patch scan results showing the missing patches.
- We often request a screenshot of a manual install attempt of the patch. This gives us an error to work off of.
- We may also need additional information depending on the circumstances.
