Hi, same problem here. The latest scan with 9.1 shows one missing patch that could no longer be downloaded, the 9.2 scan shows 39. The number of installed patches is the same, the new "missing" patches all have bulletin ID's higher than the last installed 2003 patches, all from 2015 and 2016. Deployment fails, files are not available. When clicking on the llink of one of the "missing" patches it brings me to Microsoft Security Bulletin MS16-047 - Important, where of course 2003 is not listed as an OS in the affected software list. Please solve this!
I think there was an issue in last Thursdays release that is causing this. The Tuesday night release should fix the issue after performing the following:
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Console\DataFiles\WindowsPatchData_deltas and delete all the files in the folder.
- Open Protect and perform a Help > Refresh Files
- Scan again and verify you don't see the missing 2003 patches.
FYI: Although you can't deploy those patches without extended support from Microsoft and Shavlik, they are in fact truly missing.
Good to know, indeed we don't have extended support. And thanks, it works!
