SSLv2 accepted on port 4155 on Windows clients (Shavlik Agent)

Our vulnerability scanner is picking up that port 4155 (Shavlik Agent) on our Windows 7 systems are vulnerable due to the fact that SSLv2 and SSLv3 are both enabled on that port. Is there a way to systematically disable these old, vulnerable protocols with the STAgent?
