No, it's not the same issue. This is a general Problem.The PowerShell problem is additional.
All CMD commands of "Before any patches" are executed, but of "After reboot" only the "eventcreate" is executed. This phenomenon is on a physical Server. On a virtual server is not even the command "eventcreate" executed.

A big change in 9.2 is that everything is running in a 32bit process so if you are referencing system32 files or a normal registry path, it would fail. Everything would be pointing to the wow6432node for the registry and syswow64. If you like, you can take a look in the C:\Windows\ProPatches folder and subfolder for log files, They may clue you in to what is failing. If that doesn't help you...We will need a copy of the C:\ProPatches\Patches folder structure, event logs from the target, PowerShell script and batch file. If so, I'll have you open a case to keep things private.
