The Patch Tuesday patches were released last night around 11PM CST.
A scan or Help > Refresh Files will update to the latest XML files.
You can also use this site to see the latest releases: Shavlik Protect | Simplify and Automate your IT Management
I would suggest signing up for the Shavlik Protect Content Updates announcement too: Shavlik Protect Resources and Support (middle of the page)

Thanks Charles, I see the patches are available. It appears my issue is with not being able to download the patches from within Shavlik.
I initiated a manual patch download and Shavlik successfully completes the first step, determining patches to download. However, every other step fails with error messages akin to:
1,Manifest download,Failed,Unable to connect to the remote server: http://xml.shavlik.com/data/Protect/v9/92/manifest/protect.manifest.xml,1/13/2016 1:00:00 PM,1/13/2016 1:00:02 PM
2.1,WindowsPatchData-delta_184.108.40.20634-220.127.116.1192.zip,Failed,Unable to connect to the remote server: http://xml.shavlik.com/data/WindowsPatchData-delta_18.104.22.16834-22.214.171.12492.zip,1/13/2016 1:00:03 PM,1/13/2016 1:00:03 PM
I confirmed my proxy settings in IE and I'm able to access http://download.windowsupdate.com from it. Also, I added http://xml.shavlik.com to my Trusted Sites (Low-Medium) and was able to download http://xml.shavlik.com/data/scriptcatalog.zip (DOC-23325).
I do have a proxy configured in IE, which as stated does allow me to reach the aforementioned URLs. The Proxy Test inside of Shavlik states I do not need to provide proxy info and that it successfully connects to the internet.
From the Protect server, does manually pasting these URLs in IE work? http://xml.shavlik.com/data/Protect/v9/92/manifest/protect.manifest.xml and http://xml.shavlik.com/data/WindowsPatchData-delta_126.96.36.19934-188.8.131.5292.zip
(Should pull up in the web browser)
This may kick start it if the URL test works for you.
Delete the files located in this folder: C:\ProgramData\LANDESK\Shavlik Protect\Console\DataFiles
Perform another Help > Refresh Files..
Thanks Charles, that did the trick.
