The target OS shouldn't matter unless these machines have a different GPO than the machine that do provide feedback. Verify port 3121 is open from the target machine to the Protect server and ensure these machines can resolve the Protect server by one of the entries in Manage > Console Alias Editor.
I am having the same issue. We recently upgraded to 9.2. from 9.0 and now deployments show as "Scheduled/Files copied" but does not change from that status.
I have verified the console alias editor lists the Hostname, the FQDN, and the IP address of the Shavlik server.
I have verified via netstat that the Shavlik server is listening on port 3121.
I have verified that the target machine is able to resolve the Shavlik server via IP and Hostname.

Have you verified that TLS 1.0 is enabled? This is requirement in Protect as is mentioned here Deployment Tracker Stays at Executed or Scheduled Status . If you continue to have issues with this, please submit a support case and we will be glad to look into this. Found the issue. I checked the 'Internet Options' for TLS and it showed enabled, but was disabled in the registry. Changing the registry fixed it.
