Deployment progress does not change from scheduled on non domain bound machines but install does work

We upgraded to version 9.2 and everything seems to work as expected on domain bound machines. However, we noticed that when we try to schedule a patch deployment or do an install now on non-domain bound machines or systems in a work group, the deployment tracker machine progress remains at Scheduled and the patch progress remains at Files Copied.  The patches do successfully install and the system will reboot when requested but the Scheduled and files copied always remains.  Typically, we can monitor the progress of the deployment and know when it is completed and scheduled for reboot.  This issue occurs on both Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 R1 and this template was created on version 9.x  and did work successfully on that version.  Here is a screenshot of all we ever see.
