    Issue with multiple users and vCenter Server

      We have multiple admins who use our Shavlik server, we have had 2 new members of staff but when setting up their credentials for the VC we are running into the following problem. We add the VC using the same credentials as everyone else but get the following error message?

       

      The server could not be added. The host could not be found. (Server name: xxxxxxxx

       

      How can the server not be found for one user but it can for another? The port is open and can be proven my removing and adding the VC for another user successfully. Is there a way to completely remove a user from Shavlik so that we can try a fresh?
