There are a couple things that can sometimes affect supersedence detection, so let's verify a couple things first:
What scant template are you using? If it's a custom scan template, are you using a patch group? If you use a patch group, and only include a patch that is superseded, but not the superseding patch this can happen. Make sure to update your patch group if new patches are released.
In Tools > Options > Scans, is 'Use replacement patches' checked? Make sure this is checked if it's not, then scan again.
If you can rule these possibilities out, then it would be best to open a support case so we can get this corrected.
