    Adobe Pro 11.0.9 patch failing to install

      We recently published the Adobe Pro 11.0.9 patch to our SCCM 2012 R2 console (using Shavlik Patch), and are currently testing it on a small number of machines, and every single one is failing.

       

      The WUHandler.log shows: "Installation job encountered some failures. Error = 0x80240022."

       

      The SCCM Software Center reports: "The software change returned error code 0x80242009(-2145116151)."

       

      These seem like pretty generic errors, and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot/resolve this.  Thanks for any ideas/assistance.
