You might need to ensure your DNS entries are updated. Otherwise, ensure you are meeting the patch scanning prerequisites, found here:
Yes, nslookup is resolving correctly for the ip and computer name. I have also followed the directions for the scanning prerequisites too. Still no luck.
Would you be able to provide me the scan log (hf.log), or open a case to send this in if you don't want to post the log on here? A case can be opened at https://support.shavlik.com/
The logs are in C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\Shavlik Protect\Logs.

Thank you for working with me today. We figured out by viewing the error in the logs (seen below), that remote registry was not turned on.
ERROR: TagFatalRegOpen: 192.168.2.84 RegConnect for Machine with a root of 0xFFFFFFFF80000002 returned error 53.
Once we enabled remote registry the machine was able to be scanned.
