You are most likely running into the issue documented here:
I have also seen cached downloads of files causing this error to occur so make sure to clear your proxy/web filter cache if you have one.

We are trying to download and publish the latest version listed in the full catalog so could it be there is a newer version beyond v36.0.1985.143 that has not made it into the Shavlik Patch catalog yet?
I assume that is the case, but it seems odd that we wouldn't be able to download and publish the current version listed in the Shavlik Patch catalog?
Yeah, it looks like they must have just released a new update. My Chrome just updated to 37.0.2062.94.
The new update catalog for Shavlik Patch is generally released every Friday so it should be added in once that release goes out.
