Can you attempt the steps in the below document to reinstall the scheduler service on one system to test if this helps to resolve your issue?

Reinstalling the scheduler service on one system didn't help. The issue is still there.
Scheduler service gets installed and patches gets copied when i initiate deployment.
Then machine progress stays at status Executing but it never executes any patch.
patch progress state is Scheduled forever.
Install folder has .cfg and .his file. anythign that we can find from logs what exactly is happening and why its failing.
Is it a specific patch that it appears to be stuck on at the 'executing' status?
Issue is with all patches and on every servers .
Could it be that the client machine cannot resolve the name of the Protect server and therefore cannot send the pingback to the Protect server. DNS or router might be issue.
How did that work, and what did you update?
I see this problem as well.
