My first guess is that you might need to be aware of a minor difference between how the scheduled jobs are setup/listed in the task manager. It depends if this is a scheduled deployment or a scheduled scan as to where the scheduled job should show up in the task manager.
Scheduled Deployment - Will show listed in the task manager under each individual target system where the scheduled deployment is set up.
Scheduled Scan (including scheduled scan with autodeploy) - Will show up listed under the console system within the task manager.

If this isn't the issue it might be best to open a case direct with support to investigate the issue more thoroughly.
